time. As a surgeon I made my appt 6 wks in adv to schd time out of the ofc. On arrival told Dr Becker was not in the ofc & I would see a PA. I have an injury to my hip & had an MRI to evaluate it which I explained in my registration. I need to speak w/ a surgeon about surgery. I asked to speak w/ the PA, ofc manager/any member of Dr Becker's team - 'no one was available.” They asked if I wanted to reschedule. I asked her for a day when he would be there & show up for his appts. She did not know. I asked if this happens often, she replied that it does. Why would anyone who needs to see a surgeon schedule an appt w/ a doctor who doesn't have the courtesy/respect for his patients to even show up for an appt scheduled 6 wks in advance & confirmed w/ 5 separate texts/emails? No phone call to warn me. It seems they aim to schedule w/ the surgeon & then dump the appt off on the PA. A true bait & switch. If you would like to be treated w/ consideration & respect this is not the doctor to see.

I had a good experience with Dr. Becker. He is professional and takes time to explain things well. He does tend to use a lot of medical acronyms, so you may have to stop him and ask him to clarify. But he is professional and knowledgeable. The office runs like a well oiled machine. I didn't have to wait too long to go back and see the doctor and he was running about 10 minutes late (which in the world of medical offices, isn't that bad, imo). I plan to continue to see him for my hip issues.

I've been to Dr. Becker a number of times and I'll continue to see him as he is knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining the situation and options. I agree with other reviews that front desk not the friendliest, and wait times were a little excessive.

Entire staff extremely efficient, professional & genuinely concerned about my well being. Busy office, but appointments always close to on-time. Should be noted, long wait when contacting call center to make appointments.

While the front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest, the doctor was fantastic. A great bedside manner and took the time to explain things in a way I would understand.

I had a massive tear on my right shoulder rotator cuff. Dr. Becker took the time to explain the injury and the procedure to repair it. He answered all of my questions and went out of his way to put my mind at ease and give me reassurance. After he completed the surgery he even took the time to talk to my husband who was in the waiting lounge to reassure him that the surgery went well and I was doing fine. Dr. Becker's entire staff is very professional and show their interest and willingness to go the extra mile to help their patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Becker and his entire staff to my friends or any one else needing Orthopedic medical care.

I had knee pain for 5 years before finally seeking medical help. Before seeing Dr. Becker, one doctor told me that I had a "runner's knee" and another gave me an awful customer experience. I was extremely happy once I found Dr. Becker because he was the only orthopedic doctor that truly helped me and was able to give me a correct diagnosis. When I finally had to undergo surgery, I felt comfortable knowing that he tried every option beforehand. He called as soon as he had biopsy results and answered any and all questions I had. I went to physical therapy, and now my knee is completely back to normal. Dr. Becker is an overall thorough, trustworthy, friendly, and dependable doctor. I would highly recommend anyone to see him.

Dr. Becker and his P.A. are excellent. They both took the time to explain every option to fix my problem. I went with the surgery pain is gone and no scar. Full use of my arm great job. Very friendly staff . Definitely would recommend. My wife and I are both patients.

I visited Dr. Becker after a ski injury this past January. He diagnosed a dual ligament tear to both the ACL and MCL in my left leg. I'm overly active so I wanted this surgery to go well. Fast forward 6 months today, the MCL graft is fully healed, the ACL is coming along. I have nearly 130 degrees ROM, pain has been absent since the 9th day after surgery. Great doctor. Very caring and does not rush you.

I have been to both of Dr. Becker's offices and both are great. We were able to delay surgery until I was ready and now that it is over, I have regained total use of my arm. I couldn't be happier with my experience and highly recommend Dr. Becker to anyone with an injury.

Did not like the way he treated me his assistant was way better I was new he didn't last 5 minutes with me I'm not going to be going any more

Wonderful doctor. Great staff. I've been under his treatment for trigger fingers for 3 years now. He performed a trigger finger release on my left hand's index finger to great results. I need another finger operated on and am about to schedule with Dr. Becker once again. Highly recommended.
