Profoundly skilled
Have been a patient of Dr Chay for over 5 years. Every appointment is handled efficiently and professionally by Dr Chay and the well trained staff. Appointments are easy to schedule. Staff effectively does extensive preliminary tests to assist the doctor with his exam. Dr Chay provides a thorough, easy to understand explanation of exam findings and recommended actions. He takes the time to patiently answer questions so patients leave feeling reassured about the health of their eyes.

Dr. Chay takes time to answer every question respectfully. His young age means he has been educated in the most recent medical approaches and techniques, but I have been going to his office for several years and watched as he has become much more comfortable with patients and developed confidence as a practitioner. I totally trust his medical judgment.

He is very pleasant, thorough, explains everything and makes you feel like you are worth the time it takes to do all the procedures. His assistants are just a kind and thoughtful.

Pleasant, friendly, totally competent. I can highly recommend him, and his assistant Teri. Fact is, everyone working at the office was so wonderful, so thank you all!! I hope I am as nice to my patients!
