Dismissive & Uncaring: Worst Physician Experience
My visit to this doctor was incredibly disappointing. From the very first interaction, it was clear he wasn't interested in listening to my details of my health issue. Instead of engaging in a dialogue, he quickly jumped to a predetermined diagnosis that was totally inaccurate. His condescending attitude only added to my frustration, especially given the personal and painful nature of my experience. Zero empathy exhibited and completely without respect or dignity for his patient. I would not recommend this physician to anyone seeking professional care.

Outstanding
Dr. Franko is an incredibly outstanding doctor and an extraordinary surgeon. I'm so thankful to have found him, trust him explicitly with my care and feel truly blessed he is my doctor. He's compassionate, focused, so very knowledgeable, professional and takes all the time in the world to address concerns. His office staff is top notch. He is truly, truly, one of the best doctors in DFW. I recommend him highly - absolutely exceptional!

Dr. Franko: Impatient - Staff: Kinda Rude. He came in the door and immediately asked in a impatient way, Whats the problem- whats going on- talk to me, that sort of thing. I told him. The rest of the time was just a Lets Get This Over With vibe. Ended with were done and then the callous staff and out the door I went. BTW the parking is $3 for 2 hours if you can figure out where it is and find a machine that works to pay for it. Not going back for second Appt even though I am in a lot of pain sometimes. The way he scribbled what I needed OTC was rude. left feeling irritated. I needed to call ask them something but I thought better because I did not need the hassle... There has to be a better option. Off to find one.

I actually like Dr. Franko - very skilled and patient physician. The reason for the low marks is office staff and procedures. Spoke with Ellie and Carolyn Simmons today whom were unprofessional - NO PLACE FOR DISRESPECTFUL talk to a patient. The office has switched over to 3 new systems within a brief number of years. They could not tell me when my last visit was and told me that they no longer accept my insurance. So brilliant how office staff works here. HIRE NEW OFFICE STAFF, Dr. Franko
