Dr. Edward Hillman, MD

Got in to see him with an emergency in that same afternoon. When I ran out of medication the Office had the means and staff to get me a refill on a Sunday-Thanks Dr. Hillman-Right Treatment, Right Time-Well Done.

This doctor acts as if you are wasting his time. Didn’t bother to ask if I had any questions or concerns. Simply walked away. I attempted to ask a question about medication & he couldn’t be bothered instead telling me the instructions would be on the prescription. I guess he assumes everyone is stupid bc if I had a question it is because it is the kind that is typically not addressed in the instructions. It is very sad when people like this are given the tremendous responsibility of caring for others.

I was referred to his office by my PCP however the specialist I was referred to was unavailable and he was able to see me within just a few days. I was hesitant to visit him based on the % of negative reviews I saw here. I had hiccups for over a week along with reflux which were both new to me. He was very concise with our time together and answered all of the questions that I and my wife had for him. I have nothing but good things to say about my visit to his office and with his service. The check-in process was a bit cumbersome however all of the questions made sense and ultimately were relevant to my visit. I would recommend to him to anyone looking for an ENT specialist.

I went because I had a noise on my right ear. He told me I had fluid on that ear. He prescribed methyl prednisolone and asking for an alternative he told me there is none. The medication didn’t help with my ear problem and end up at the urgent care because of the side effects, couldn’t sleep for 2 nights and had heart palpitations.

Dr. Hillman is an excellent professional. He is very friendly. My problem with my ears were resolved in one visit.

The problem with Dr Hillman is that he has no patience to talk to and listen to his patient. He rush to do his job on which he must probably have an excellent experience but never really care whether he interacts positively. He is just straight outright do his work and make one feel that you are just a patient he needs to see.

Very patronizing and condescending. Didn't take the time to hear me out and there's no way he had time to do an adequate review of my medical history before he saw me. Jumped to conclusions and refused to spend more than 5 minutes with me or answer any of the questions I had. Says I'll have to come back in before he can answer any of my questions which only means extra money for him. I will not be going back.

I called the west kendall office to make an apt but the receptionist said they had no availability but she could schedule me right away with Dr. Hillman at another office in south miami. Should have searched him before agreeing. Extremely fast and condescending. Also billing woman has no tact.

The office is amazing! I was in real pain today and I was quickly seen by Dr. Hillman. He was quick and to the point. However, I am now having issues with the RX. he gave my pharmacist.
