Confusing in spite of empathetic
I liked Dr Bogursky. In some ways she was patient and empathetic but..... I had been told the wrong information by the triage nurse who called to tell me that the Doctor wanted me to come in for a biopsy. Was told I had a thickening of the uterine lining. The first thing Dr Bogursky said was that I had a very thin lining of the uterus, which turned out to be the correct information. However, she appeared to be reviewing the Pap smear and Ultrasound results for the first time and even asked her attending nurse, 'Why are you sending her to me for a colposcopy?' This did not inspire much confidence. I was unable to tolerate the biopsy without anesthesia , so needed to reschedule. I left without a clear explanation of why I needed the biopsy. When I emailed via the patient portal with that question, i never received a reply. Another confusing comment that Dr Bogursky made was, 'The moral of the story is, 'Don't get a Pap smear'.' What?

Poorly run office from front to back
Been using this practice for many years, sad to see the decline in service and care. Started seeing Dr. Bogursky a few years back when my previous Dr retired. Since then, its been nothing but canceled appointments, always late, Dr./nurse never prepared: right medical devices not in room, not having reviewed tests/labs that they ordered until I'm in the exam room, not updating my history even though I've provided key info that pertains to my health (like breast cancer in immediate family), billing issues. Although convenient in location, I will not be returning.

Only go to this provider if you want your complaints dismissed. This is exactly what she did to me in my early 20s which resulted in rampant endometriosis that was wrapped around my bladder and rectum. It took numerous surgeries to correct. Thanks Dr. B for your lack of empathy from one female to another. Suck it up periods are painful is not sound medical advice.
