Dr. Elana Kastner, MD

Dr. Kastner has cancelled most of the appointments I’ve ever had scheduled with her. I book months in advance (because how else would you get an appointment) and it manages to be cancelled 8 out of 10 times. My last visit with her (which was in 2022 because my appointments keep getting canceled ) was also not pleasant.

This Doctor needs to learn a lot about manners ! No respect for older patients! Could never be like Dr. Kriner, nor could she ever come close! Good Luck to the patients that stay in that unprofessional office.

I was a patient of Dr. Kriner for years. I went to Dr. Katsner after Dr. Kriner passed away. I was once over 400 lbs. I had a gastric. She walks in saying what's up with your weight. You have a telephone. I can upload exercise videos. I had severe back issues. Her examination was extremely painful. That year I had to get a spinal fushion. Doctors need to have compassion. She is no Dr. Kriner. I seen her in 2021. How dare she assume I'm lazy. Not professional, keep your comments to yourself. Not everyone can be thin.

Very thorough, caring and knowledgeable. The first time I have ever felt comfortable with an OB/GYN physician.

Dr. Kastner is a wonderful person and an amazing Doctor - she is calm, attentive and compassionate. Plus, everyone at the office is great. When I call the office or while there for an appointment, they have always been very friendly and take the time to help me. I actually don’t even dread going to the gyno because of Dr. Kastner & her professional office team :)

Had an amazing experience delivering my second child with dr kastner and the rest of the practice. I felt comfortable and safe and was taken very good care of from start to finish! All the people that work in the office make you feel at home when you arrive. For an experience such as having a baby they were fabulous and professional and knowledgeable.

Great doctor, very caring and sensitive to the needs of the patient. Her office personnel is very nice too

Have been seeing her for over ten years! Best doctor ever! She’s really caring and sweet and deals with me.

She’s honestly the best . She made me feel comfortable & that we made the right choice for me.

Would never recommend her. She assumed that because I am a woman I want kids. I actually stopped going to her because she was going on and on on how “I would want kids one day” and I was so turned off I actually called years later and said I thought it was very disrespectful to assume that because she sees women partients, she should never assume they want kids. She never asked if I want and all she knows maybe I couldn’t have. Rude and doesn’t listen. I literally has to wait 2 hrs to be seen.

Saw Trish the Physician Assistant today for my annual exam. She was kind, comforting and informative. What a wonderful experience I just had!

Dr Kastner was thorough. She was kind and made my daughter feel very comfortable ( it was her first visit)

She is a wonderful doctor. I love her . She is friendly and also very caring and professional The office is a pleasure they make you feel very comfortable

She didn't listen to my concerns and just didn't care. She gave me the roughest most painful exam I've ever had in my life. I'm not a number in a computer, I am a person that is more than my conditions listed in her database. At one point she told me "I have loads of patients waiting," and made me write down things and read them back to her like I was stupid.. She will never see me again.

Not impressed with the doctor, she rushed me like crazy!!! she was in and out in a total of 10 minutes. She looked like she hated her job.

Although Dr. Kastner is excellent - friendly, caring, informed, no-nonsense - the wait time and the management of the front desk and waiting process leaves a lot to be desired. Saw LOTS of patients come in way past my arrival time and leave before i was ever called. Asked and was told - as was another patient equally frustrated- that I was "next." After seeing yet another patient called in, and having waited over 2 hours, walked out. Will not be returning to her practice for this reason alone.

Waited 2 1/2 hours to see the doctor who was then short and condescending, and answered no questions. Office staff is evasive, not proactive and not honest in communication. I would not recommend at all.

Nothing against doctor because I never actually was able to make appointment. It took me over an hour to try and make an appointment. If this is any indication of what wait times in office and future appointments are....... I'm moving on to a doctor whose office is run professionally.

LOVE DR KASTNER. SHE ANSWERS ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. THERE IS A WAIT TIME IF I COME IN THE AFTERNOON BUT WHEN I GET INTO THE EXAM ROOM, SHE DOESNT RUSH ME OR MAKE ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE. HER FRONT DESK STAFF IS GREAT AND HER NURSES SOPHORA & MONIQUE ARE FUN TO TALK TO.

Not a good visit..very disappointed..Dont think I will be going back..I have seen Dr. Kastner for many years and never felt so disappointed..for a routine visit..
