Rude! Ignored my questions! Gave me incorrect information about my procedure! Had complications after procedure. Her only response was "hmm, that's unusual." No explanation, no asking me more about it, she just moved on like I hadn't even mentioned it. Never waited less than 3 hours for an appointment.

She is an excellent physician. Only downside is how long it takes to see her for an appointment. I have waited up to 4 hours. Average wait probably 2 hours.

2 1/2 wait time to see doctor. Did not answer my questions. Assistant answered question wrong, as I found out later.. Assistant wrote one appt date on card, entered different date into computer. Glad I got a reminder call or would have missed important appt. I don't think Dr. Ebert is a bad doctor. She did take care of my problem. I just felt like I was treated somewhat disdainfully.
