Charges were outrageous with no way to protest it. She didn’t even close my two year old’s wound on his face properly, just slapped glue on with steri-strips over it but DIDN’T EVEN CLOSE ATTEMPT TO CLOSE IT. My son has a wide scar on his face he will have the rest of his life because of your carelessness and improper care.

Cold, impersonal, but efficient. Charges for her services are outrageous / immoral, however. Absolutely no way to contact her - she has shielded herself with third-party billing and complete web anonymity. You just have to pay whatever she bills you and shut up. In what other industry could you walk in a door, have no way of finding out what the cost of the services is going to be and then have to pay without questioning or recourse? Unbelievable...
