Very rude, awful bedside manner - always extremely late without any sort of apology.

Negligent
Absolutely unethical physician that should not be in her practice. Has absolutely no empathy or compassion for patients and family. Denies patient history and repeatedly places children and families in unsafe situations because of her ego and refusal to do her job. I am so disgusted that Queen’s Medical Center would hire someone like Dr. Ross as their Medical Director. She will end up getting someone seriously injured or killed with her negligence.g

Dr. Ross is a responsive knowledgeable compassionate doctor with an imaginative and resourceful approach to care based in solid and practical experience and science. Her bedside manner is kind and attentive, and she has a great sense of humor. She has a very advanced and sophisticated understanding of how to support a wide range of patients including GLBTQI folks. She and her staff are very responsive to communication through the mychart system. She will refer to specialists when appropriate and suggest well researched complementary modalities. I highly recommend her and the practice.

She was my pcp for a while a few years at least I wasn't sure if she was inexperienced or just didn't care for me after wasting so much of my patience and good faith and misplaced confidence I realized I should just not go back there either way it seemed she could not provide effective care for me She would make me wait over an hour and see me for two minutes each time until I just stopped going back
