I had skin cancer. The doctors were great and I felt comfortable in dr. Rupps hands. My only complaint would be that I didn’t have any advice or help with after care as far as deciding how I would sleep, etc. I wish this had been discussed before the surgery. I slept entirely on my side. I think this caused the scar to skew. I I don’t fault her one bit I just regret that part of my surgery process there. The doctor was kind and caring and did well! Thank you

Horrible. Never called when she was supposed to. Told my mom that she was nothing but a problem. Very rude, dismissive and accused us as her family looking out for her a complication. Made my mother feel as though she had no hope and was worthless. Very sad.

Horrible Doctor. Would not let the only son and last surviving member of patient speak to his mother . Ignored me in waiting room while spending plenty of time speaking with another patients family. Was rude and dismissive and seemed to have a hidden agenda.

Terrible follow up... Left multiple voicemails for her discharge staff to call me back and a week later still no response. Was scheduled for a phone call appointment with her a week after surgery and she never bothered to call.

Mrs. Rupp is my Life Saver! Ive known her now at Kaiser @ Panorama since my 1st diagnosis of Melanoma (stage 3b/4 in 2008. She has preformed 6 surgeries since, trying her best to dig out all the tumors but, as we know, Melanoma is a tricky type of cancer and once it goes lymphatic its gunna come back ( knock on wood).. Shes my Angel & even though im hesitant of Chemo im STILL ALIVE! You rock Rupp! .Love&Respect Michael P. Pruitt ( the guy with all the tattoos you keep ruining! Lol...
