Not the same
I've been going to dr Stecker for over 30 yrs. I love him. I moved in 2018 and moved back this yr. I called for an appt. I was given a Tuesday appt & I got mixed up thinking my appt was Thursday. I just made a long move from New York and trying to get settled.I realized the mistake was mine getting the days mixed. I apologized and offered to pay the office visit and was told I could not rebook.. to go somewhere else. Since I was away for the six years I was considered a new patient again. And they said I was a new patient no show. I explained.Everything to them about how i've been there so long and stickers office have always been my doctor I didn't know where else to go. They were very cold. They were snooty and did not at all have any respect. They are not the same. I sure missed doctor Stecker. So beware they really don't care at bout people at all.
