Dr. Eric Benning, Rush your appointment, don’t give test results, ignorant, no compassion and never call you for ur telehealth appointment. I don’t know why he’s a doctor. I would hate to see the complaint he have on file.

The doctor had an attitude on my first visit. Very unprofessional. The doctor continued to praise himself as handsome and asked me if I thought the same. Very inappropriate actions. Did not get a correct diagnosis, the medical reports were not up to date. Long wait times and staff were un-friendly and made fun of me including Dr. Benning which I did not appreciate. Since I have been following up with appointments Benning has his staff (Nurse Practitioners) see me when I come in. I have only seen Dr. Benning once.

My 19year old daughter came to southside adult medicine clinic today and experience the worst customer service ever by the nurse and the doctor. I have been a patient of southside and my kids for several years. I have never had a bad experience. I will go to a higher authority on this situation because my daughter did not receive proper care
