Excellent surgeon. He did my DBS implants and they are wonderful! I was unable to eat without shaking food off of my spoon (a fork was impossible to use.) Now, one year after the surgery, I am still super satisfied with the results. I tell it to everyone I meet who has tremors. So far, two people have either had the surgery or is getting ready to have the surgery.

My loved one was referred here to get a surgery that needed to be done ASAP, we were very disappointed! My loved one had a very uneasy feeling from just the consultation. We called & left messages a few times as to why we were not getting a call on a scheduled surgery date, and never received a call back. We did find out, being able to finally talk to 1 staff member, in 3 1/2 weeks that some of the paperwork (that they initially said they had in hand) was evidently not placed in his file!?!?! So, where did it go? MIA Finally, after 3 1/2 weeks & the lost paperwork episode, we took matters into our own hands and found another surgeon. This new surgeon truly knows what patient care consists of, and we will never go anyplace else. We seen new surgeon on Tuesday, & my loved on had surgery on Thursday.....THE SAME WEEK!!

This doctor is dangerous on many levels. He scheduled a surgery for my mother, then cancelled it for no known reason. This surgery was to remove her pituitary. My mother called his office several times, my sister called, and I called. Weeks went by. WEEKS. The only people we could talk to were nurses who could only (falsely) assure us someone would call back. There is not enough space here to list all of his mistakes. Dr. Friedmans ego is only exceeded by his incompetence.

He is one of the most caring, empathetic physicians I have ever worked with. He explained my procedure and what to expect in great detail; I feel as though he and Dr. Hahn truly gave me my life back. I could not walk comfortably prior to my back surgery and was applying for total disability. 3 months later I was hiking in the Rocky Mountains and working part-time again. Nothing short of miraculous! I love Dr. Friedman and recommend him to everyone looking for a caring and competent surgeon.

I had back surgery and never fused this doctor told me I was all healed and I ended up having three more surgeries. He was very rude and I would not recommend him to anyone! He did not do enough testing or would have known I was not fused at all. I lostfeeling in both of my legs and tried to explain to him that I could not feel my legs he laughed at me ! So sad he did a new MRI and said he promised they would find nothing well they did . I do not recommend this man to anyone with back problems!

He is blessing to our family. His bedside manners was the most personal I've ever experience from any doctor. He was open and honest about what was going to happen and what to expect. Brain tumor removed on a Friday and release to go home on the following Wednesday. Staples out 2 weeks later. God Bless you Dr. Friedman and I'm glad you liked my "German Chocolate Upside-down Cake".

When my tumor was diagnosed he patiently explained what I could expect and how he would perform my procedure. The surgery went very well; he got all of the tumor and I had no side effects/problems from the surgery. At my follow up appointments everything looked great. Dr. Friedman really cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to make them feel comfortable with the procedure being done. He is very professional, skilled and kind. I wouldn't trust my brain to anyone else.
