Dr. Erin Stoehr, DO

Was rude and condescending. Did nothing to help me but scheduled me with several procedures over two months... had me in the office weekly and used scare tactics to keep me going back. Told me that I probably had cancer based on one blood test that was done when I thought I was hemorrhaging. When she tried to cancel an appointment, I asked for it to be kept to go over tests to try to get answers and relief, and she acted like it was a huge inconvenience to KEEP MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT when I was told she was cancelling due to an ultrasound tech not being there. One visit with another doctor and I had relief and a game plan involving one test and then got my hysterectomy and BIG SURPRISE, no cancer! Would not send my worst enemy here.

Ultimately Dr. Stoehr did the job, bed side manner is harsh, she was correcting me for mis-using terminology, understandably but could've been kind about it. Was told I may have cancer without a biopsy, said they were sending me to oncologist. Turns out not cancer, but will have full hysterectomy with a different doctor. Long appointment wait times, 1 hour to be seen for biopsy. Was told at initial apt that i had fibroids but they were not concerning, i could get them tested if i wanted, but it was up to me. When I went back 8 months later for slight bleeding between cycles, I was told 'see, this is why we suggested you get the testing', I felt blamed and like I was inconveniencing her. The rest of the staff has been very kind and polite.

I've been a patient of hers for several years and I dread going to my yearly appointment. She is very rude, off putting, and is inconsiderate. Her philosophy is how quickly can I perform this exam with the least amount of care/compassion/interest in this patient. Her office staff is rude, incompetent, and snarky. She is always behind on appointments, which I find very interesting considering her exams last less than 2 minutes and she won't answer any questions you have. She always dodges them and finds a way to leave the room. Luckily, I was able to switch providers. I recommend finding anyone else but her.

I wish there was a option for negative stars, hands down the ABSOLUTE WORST ob/gyn I have ever been to. The lack of attention, compassion and concern is mind blowing. She was completely lost on my medical history I had no care for my well-being while I was at my visit. It seems here degree was found at the bottom of a cereal box dusted off an became a doctor. I will never suggest anyone going to her an hopes she loses her practitioner's license.

I was looking for a new gyne for some ongoing health issues after mine retired. I had my appointment today and was very nervous as these appointments make me uncomfortable after being assaulted years ago. I arrived at the office at 145 and did not see the doctor for an hour. The first interaction with her she was quick to point out the fact I am overweight... and mentioned again several more times through the appointment. She had no bedside manner, was very cold, and lacked compassion and understanding of my situation. Before doing any exam she referred me to a gynecological oncologist because she “assumes” I now have cancer, said very nonchalantly like that’s no big deal. Then she quickly backtracked. I left her office feeling defeated and ashamed and as though my appointment was a terrible inconvenience to her.

Worst ever. Doctors at Reynolds reviewed my paperwork from only first and only visit with her and told me that she was trying to make money and didn’t have my best interest or health taken into consideration. Said I may have been put on unnecessary treatments and medications had I stayed with her. Waste of my time and almost risked my life going to her. Would proivde greater detail if I wasn’t limited to 1000 characters.

Always a hour or more wait. not caring. cold. unconcerned, never recommend

She is a horrible doctor! I did not think you could get any worse than Dr. Massey's office but these 2 should get together and open a worst doctor ever office. If Stoehr smiled her face would crack. Absolutely no personality or bedside manner. She will not tell you what a test entails. She does not prep you in any way shape or form for tests. You cannot ask questions. If they change your appointment they call you 5 minutes before 5 the day before your appt. If you miss their call you don't here from them for weeks and only late night on Tuesdays. You ask her questions and she acts so put off. She has no clue about any thing very incompetent and if you ask her questions you get no answer and a dirty look as if to say how dare you question me, when you are only concerned about your health. She also makes sure that other doctors refuse to see you by telling them she questioned me and her treatment. Not true all questions were like why are you doing this test?

Dr. Stoehr is very caring. She helped me through a lot of serious problems with my pregnancies & I will never trust any other gynecologist!

Is rude, hateful, uncaring, cold, annoyed, rolls her eyes, won't shake your hand and is the worst obgyn I've EVER been to. I left there yesterday CRYING and chest broke out I was so upset by her manner! I have NEVER left a Dr feeling this way! Nothing was wrong with the baby who she insisted on calling IT. After dealing with infertility for 4yrs and this being my first pregnancy I don't want to deal with that kind of negative attitude. I don't want to feel like an inconvenience.

I have been seeing Dr. Stoehr since Dr. Bracken retired. She has always provided me with excellent care and advice. I hope she continues in practice for many years to come!

Phenomenal! I have had her as my OB since teenage years. She is qualified and willing to take the time to find out what is wrong and address concerns in a professional and speedy mannor. She deliveres my second baby and couldn't have been more of a delight to have her at my side during labor! She has saved my life and made it possible for me to carry and birth two beautiful children!

Very bad experience if looking for a doctor to deliver your baby. She will no communicate with you.
