Clinic staff give us wrong information about being in network with Cigna and they admit that many times on phone calls after checking with insurance it seems they are not contracted with Cigna and now I need to pay out of network prices , on the other side I already reach my deductible and I should pay 20% only

Dr. Rhodes is a very professional and knowledgable doctor. He is very caring of his patients. He is trustworthy and I would def. recommend him. From my experience I was always able to contact him, make appointments around my work schedule, the wait was never long, he always took his time with me and would address all of my questions. I encountered some complications and he was able to guide me and monitor me. I am very thankful I found him. One of the best doctors I've encountered.

Front office is terrible! Very unprofessional and uneducated. Worst experience I've ever had with a Dr. Rude and will never call, not about any lab work or appointments.
