I was truly satisfied with my Dr due to how I was treated ... He cares about what is going on with you , and takes time , patience with decisions , such as decisions going forward in my treatment plan ... I have nothing but good things and facts ..

3 appointments and the Dr never showed up. Staff got mad and rude when my wife asked for our images back and we’re disrespectful towards her when I physically and mentally couldn’t wait any longer. Sorry wounded warrior and now I’m a little sensitive but my wife doesn’t deserve disrespect if I upset you for not being able to stay. Actually not sorry!! I was supposed to receive treatment but can you blame me for changing my mind. Like I said 3 times with a full day waisted waiting. No joke full day! 915-330. Clinics or dr offices will charge you for that. If you would like to compensate me it $58 an hour X 10 is my regular pay. Plus my wife got having to take me $32 X 8. Red flag I ignored when a patient that left on the 1st day saying “he keeps missing my appt” I had an appt same day and he didn’t show up. You can if you want to. Pretty obvious I didn’t

Dr. Lo is an AMAZING doctor. I was completely paralyzed and he made it where I could walk again!! Thank you!!!

After begging dr lo to not do surgery on my husband while in tears in his off my husband went totally quadriplegic and unable to speak swallow and eventually breath he passed of a horrible death on june 2 2021 dr lo will not respond to me prior to my husband's death leave messages that my husband was deteriorating before my eyes

I refused the surgery, but he's a good Dr. He explained that if I ever even have a fender bender are a fall I could become paralyzed. I prayed and took my chances... Covid-19 came I'm home mostly.... Crazy in bed

My mom had Dr. Erwin Lo for her physician and he performed more than one surgery on her. She went in there fine, but after surgery she was left paralyzed from the waist down! Now my mom has passed away and had a law suit out on him for medical malpractice. She won her case and wasn't able to enjoy it due to her passing away. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy!!

Dr. Lo is WONDERFUL! He explained things so well and took time with me. His staff is always incredible. I’d give him more than 5 stars if I could. Highly recommend him!

When i first came to him i could hardly walk... I was messed up Dr.lo was and still is a awesome doctor he's willing to listen to you and willing to take care of you he's the best doctor I've had in a long time for this situation.

The doctor is excellent. He listen to you.

Dr. Lo comes in and meets you as a person. He is never rushed. He makes you feel that it is important to him that you understand what is going on. He uses molecular and graphics to show and teach and empower you. He talks to you about the problems and try solutions. I have never felt more comfortable with or informed about my problems ever. He makes you feel like you are working as a team. I like him.

Dr. Lo took his time with us. Very well manners. Explained everything in debt. I really like him a lot. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends.

The staff is very friendly and courteous. I was taken to a room within 10 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. The nurse practioner thoroughly explained all the test results and answered all questions that I had.

Dr.Erwin Lo has been my doctor for 7yrs and has performed back surgeries on me. He has been a very good doctor who takes time to explain what's wrong, what your options are, and is very efficient. I would recommend him to anyone, including my family. If your looking for a good neurosurgeon, he's the one I would recommend..

I do very much like Dr.Lo , I’ve known him since 2002 and I was in a wreck in October 2016 , my daughter and l both see him we both had issues. I’ve had to have lower back surgery . Now I feel much better haven’t hurt at all . Now Im having neck surgery before Christmas an I very happy too! So I do highly recommend him if you’re in pain due to back . Thumbs up

Dr lo is a outstanding Dr.lo gave me my life back, I can do more things now without being in pain,if I have to have surgery again I will definitely go back to Dr. Lo

Dr Lo is an awesome Dr he takes the time to explain everything to you and makes sure you understand everything. He did my back surgery and had everything (equipment and therapy and all) set up and ready to go before I even went in for surgery. I would recommend him to anyone and he is the only one I trust to do my neck surgery.

I actually seen Dr. Clifton Hancock and he was very helpful, explained everything to me and made me understand what was going on, I would highly recommend Dr. Hancock. The staff was very good as well.

An awesome Dr with great advice

I have been treated with upmost respect while under the care of dr Lo and his staff. I recently was involved in an automobile accident and I have had injections and neck surgery so far. I am still receiving care from him and I would highly recommend my family and friends to him.
