Very little help outside of scheduled appointments
My mother had a massive heart attack 2.5 weeks ago. She was released September 6th and was referred to Dr. Vorovich upon discharge. Since that time my mother has felt very sick almost every day- mainly due to nausea and dehydration. We called the doctor's office, and I explained that I believe her medications are causing nausea and dehydration and she feels very ill. Eventually we received a call back from a hospital nurse who suggested an over the counter product that did not help. This process was repeated the next day. Later that day my mom was so sick and in so much pain we went to the ER, where she waited (in exteme pain) a few hours to be seen, and then received temporary help. Her PCP was unable to change her heart medications and could offer nothing that helped. My mother still feels very sick and we are waiting until her next appointment with Dr. Vorovich to see if she can help. I'm disappointed that my mother has had to suffer so much and wait so long for care.

Avoid her
Was told twice that things weren’t her job while her name was on the treatment. Doesn’t like to deal with any complications. Always felt like she resented having to see me as she inherited me from her predecessor and I have multiple ongoing issues. Prescribed a drug that was effective but interacted with existing meds without discussing it with me first. Seems overworked

There are not enough characters allowed in this text box for me to include everything that I would like to relay about Dr Vorovich. She cared for my husband after his heart transplant. She was not our regular Dr. from the Clinic, but was on call, and has also done several follow up procedures for him. Her knowledge and compassion are incredible. Her bedside manners are impeccable. My husband’s Dr. is leaving group and we were asked if we’d like input into his replacement. If it were my decision, I would have called 2 minutes after receiving notification that we would be seeing someone new. My husband is much more pensive but did say she was his gut choice as well. He just wanted to ponder longer than I did. We are looking forward to working with her even more.
