Dr. Velez Jo helped me understand my own difficulties with narcolepsy. I had been in denial over the issue, because those around me seemed to dismiss my falling asleep as simply, "being overly tired." However, after a sleep study, Dr. Velez Jo diagnosed me with narcolepsy, and put me on medication to help with sleeping, as well as medication to stay awake during the work day.
