Dr..Basch and Dr. Morgan listened very well to my questions and observations. They gave a thorough explanation of the adjustments in my treatment plan. My spouse and I felt that this was a very productive session. Thanks to both doctors.

Dr. Basch is obviously warm and friendly person and that caries over to his medical practice. I have commented on numerous occasions how consistently pleasant and positive have been the people at all levels in my 12 years of experience with UNC. That includes surgery x 3, 8 weeks of IMRT, and clinic visits at Lineberger, Urology, and off-site scans/doctor appointments. In EVERY contact I have found the people at UNC to be cheerfully pleasant, helpful, and professional in providing my support and medical care. Dr. Basch has responded to my comments by saying that the uplifting atmosphere is a big part of the reason he is at UNC. It is obvious that the "work" culture at UNC is one that makes people enjoy what they do there - and that is a fast becoming a scarce resource in our culture. That UNC has continued to maintain this level of service In spite of the challenges of the last 3 years makes their accomplishment all that more significant. As a patient, I say a big "Thank You" to all involved.
