I was able to get me mammogram and wellness check all in the same day. I was glad to get this done in a timely manner.

Dr. Ramos is professional and gives me confidence to put my health in his hands.

I am an existing patient and scheduled a routine pap smear. It took 3 months to get an appointment. I arrived yesterday and 20 minutes after my appointment, the front desk announced that she's 45 mins to an hour behind. The Medical Assistant called me back and said it would be about 1.5 hours before I can see the doctor because she's behind. I understand how doctors can run a little behind, 1.5 hours is completely unacceptable. I cancelled my appointment and have an appointment with a new doctor.

I like the Cypress location. Staff are nice and helpful. Parking is great. I really appreciate how you can now get your mammo and bone density done at that location. Very convenient. Dr. RG is the best.

Friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to

Every person on staff very professional and Dr Ramos-Gonzales was absolutely outstanding. My first visit and she made me feel very comfortable talking with her. Competently provided me with medical details and my future care. I thought no one could replace my physician, who sadly retired, but Dr Ramos-Gonzales is the physician who fits the bill of ideal replacement.

It took a couple months for a new patient appointment, and I had to wait over an hour after my arrival to be seen, but then she took lots of time with me to review my history and do an exam. She is a caring professional, and glad to have her as my provider.

Dr. Ramos-Gonzales has been my OBGYN for years, so knows my history. Though at times there can be a wait, this time it wasn’t bad at all. She is efficient and quick. You bring anything up, and she gives you the facts and options. She definitely knows her information. I’m thinking that at her next location, things will be better fit her. She has beet straddling 2 locations for years, but now she will be at one location every day of the week. Thus, more options for apt. Days/times. She is very relatable. Her staff runs efficiently and always seem to “at least”be patient and polite. (Hard to find in the medical field these days.) Of course, when a baby suddenly needs to be delivered, like any other OBGYN her schedule can get knocked off course. The office usually calls you when/if this happens.

I showed up for my appt, which I had to make 4 months out. I was told the Dr was running an hour late. After waiting an hour, I was told it would be another hour. Now I’m confused, how can they be running two hours behind and not notify the patients in advance. When I told them I have two other Dr appts that day and I can’t cancel them, I was treated like my plans were not their problem. They told me to come back after my second appt and they would get me in. I returned several hours later, and they made me wait another 2.5 hours. All in all, I spent over 4 hours in one day trying to get my annual wellness check. When I left, the parking lot was empty. The check-in staff is not friendly, I can’t believe I had to pay for this poor service. Dr Ramos is nice, but I’m not sure I want to continue to go to this practice, considering all of the bad service you need to go through to see her. If you do get an appointment make sure you have the afternoon free.

I had to choose a new doctor this year & boy did I hit the jackpot. Dr. Ramos-Gonzales was not only thorough in her questioning, looked over my documents before meeting with me, gave me some good advice, but best of all, her exam relieved my anxiety, it was so well done. So glad I chose her!

Today was my first time meeting Dr. Ramos and I was very pleased. She was easy to talk to and listened to my concerns.

For the 3rd time I waited over 2 hours for my scheduled appointment. One hour of that wait was spent sitting in a gown (tossed on the table like a piece of trash by the “nurse” who didn’t bother to introduce herself) The gown didn’t fit so I couldn’t close it in a freezing cold room sitting on a hard table listening for any sign of someone coming to my room. When she (Dr) finally came in I was told to move back on the table and she did a pelvic & breast exam. When I told her I didn’t like the long wait she told me I could talk to the office Mgr. I told her that her schedule was her responsibility not mine & that she should talk to her own Mgr to change how her patients were being treated. No response…In the end she told me I could get dressed & she left an order for my mammogram in the folder outside the door. In all my time with Dr. Ramos-Gonzalez took about 4 minutes total. I do not recommend this doctor or this practice. There is no care or pleasantness anywhere in this office.

Absolutely!! She listens to her patients and shows that she cares about each one of us as individuals.

I highly recommend Dr. Ramos-Gonzales. She is a compassionate listener who clearly wants to help her patients with their medical issues.

Dr. Ramos-Gonzales is very attentive and thorough. I’ve been a patient of hers for over 20+ years and have always been pleased with her care.

She’s been my Gynecologist for almost 20 years. She’s the best! Takes time to talk to you and really cares.
