This is a 'real' Doctor. He doesn't just throw a prescription at you...he goes after the root cause of your ailment then advises you how to go about getting back to optimal health, naturally.I've spent decades searching for answers to why I felt so horrible all the time. The doctors kept sending me to allergists but no allergies were ever found. They gave me allergy medications that made me feel even worse. One of them told me 'you have chronic fatigue syndrome, you'll just have to learn to live with it'. I never went back to him.In 2022, I found doctors on YouTube who gave me many answers and I'm MUCH better off with the information that I gleaned from them BUT! I need a local doctor who is able to answer questions and advise with expertise and knowledge. Dr. Garcia has that and more. Like the doctors on YouTube, HE READS AND STAYS INFORMED about the new research ever evolving information on health and nutrition. He shares my belief that our bodies can heal themselves.

Only thing he talks about is fasting and how that is a cure all for all your medical problems. So if you’re not willing to fast 16 hours a day… this is t the place for you.

I am 73 and have been looking for a PCP that looks beyond the traditional establishment “here, take this drug and see me in a month” practitioner protocol. There is so much solid published research that challenges what we have been told over the years as being medical gospel.
