Dr. Klein was recommended to us on a local mom's page and we are so lucky to be have found her. Watching your child struggle is so painful for a parent and Dr Klein was able to ease our minds, form a bond with our daughter and instill confidence and hope. She is kind. knowledgeable and down to earth. Simply the best.

Our family had one of the worst experience of our lives with Dr. Klein at Cohen Children's Medical Center. We brought in our teenager who exhibited serious OCD symptoms and self-harming behavior. She hadn't slept in days and was disintegrating rapidly. One of the inexperienced fellows in the department, whom Dr. Klein supervised, determined that our child was not in danger and did not qualify for admission. Dr. Klein agreed. I pled for urgent intervention and help and was handed a stack of referrals of psychologists in the area. Things got worse over the next week, and I called again. This time, speaking with Dr. Klein, who told me that unless our daughter was suicidal, she would not receive care., adding, "I cannot stop you from coming in." Ten days later my daughter was admitted into Bellevue Hospital Psychiatric Ward for a three week stay. That window for intervention when I went to Cohen's Urgent Care was a mistake. I would never recommend this doctor or facility to anyone.

Dr Klein saw my daughter in the ER when we had an emergency and words can not express how her empathy helped make one of the worst days into a path for improvement. So thankful she was the psychiatrist on that night!
