I was a patient of Dr. Guerra for several years and found their services to be good. My complaint is that I went in for a procedure (blood) where their eligibility staff had two days to properly check my insurance eligibility before services were provided. Subsequently I wound up with an $800.00 bill that I am now trying to pay through my current insurance. Not only did the staff blame me for this oversight, but they took no responsibility for what they had done.

Sadly.... I believe the Providers are great! It is the staff, and their Office Manager. They require you to come into see them... even if you have seen them less than 2 months ago to obtain a referral to a Specialist - I had to go into their office, wait for over an hour to get into the room and then another 30 minutes before the Provider came in - he even stated "they made you come in to see me, just for me to tell you I can't help you, since I am not a Specialist?" He then apologized!
