Dr. Frank Kim, MD

Dr Kim may be a good doctor but his office staff couldn't care less about patient care. The week of Jan 20, 2025 my new insurance company called 3 times to get approval to refill my prescription. No response. They gave up. I called on Jan 23, 2025 left a message that I needed my prescription refilled. No response. I called again on Jan 27, 2025. Explained that I was out of my prescription. No response. I've now been without my medication for 3 weeks and in the process of finding a new urologist. This office gets a grade F in patient care.

Dr. Kim was able to answer all my concerns and questions with a caring heart.

HORRIBLE DR. Couldn’t care less about you. Doe not care about you at all. FIND ANOTHER DR.

My first visit was for 5 minutes and without further communication I was asked to go to the reception area and wait. One and a half hour later with no news and no help from the staff. So I left.During my second visit, I tried to tell Frank Kim, what had happened he brushed it off as he neither has the time or the inclination to talk about or do something about it.Since I had invested time I reluctantly accept the procedure and left his practice.He has very little bedside manners and even if he is the only doctor I am not ready to use his services again and I wish you don’t as well.

He is always in a hurry to move on to his next appointment. Does not communicate well. He was willing to perform a procedure on me that would have had many negative side effects when a simpler, less evasive procedure was available.
