Did not seem to care or listen to my questions ! Made me feel like he didn’t have time for me ! Told me he didn’t know why I was there wasn’t like I needed surgery so he didn’t know what I wanted him to do ! He had no knowledge of a medicine I asked about and when the nurse knew it and said that Cherokee nation didn’t offer it he informed me there was my answer. Wouldn’t even stay in the room while I was trying to ask him questions. I asked did he think my problem could be coming from my back he informed me he didn’t mess with backs that he didn’t have anything to tell me !!! Nurse asked a question on my concern he told her not to worry about it it would be fine !!! Just very unprofessional and rude. Didn’t care to try and explain anything !!!

Dr. Ruefer was very unprofessional and unconcerned about the pain I continue to experience in my fingers, hand, elbow, and neck after the ulnar nerve relocation surgery he performed in 2014. Total disregard by him for my pain. Would never recommend!
