Competent and thorough. Easy to communicate with.
Efficient office and with friendly staff. Clean with good parking. A woman who came on the wrong day was crying and they accommodated her. A couple who were both late were also accommodated. Impressive.

Ok Medically, But Patient Service is Bad
Well I have to say this place was good for a few years, however has severely declined in the "customer" side. Their scheduling is a nightmare and you have to fight with them over missed appointment fees. Anyway, the last straw was today and they just lost a long time patient. Do not recommend you go here.

Second Opinion Pays Off
Dr, Pai was my second opinion doctor and I am glad I saw him. The previous dermatologist missed two items on my face. Dr. Pai takes his time to examine your entire body for skin cancer and gives very imformative advice. In addition I had a rash I wanted the first Dr. to see and Dr. Pai figured out it was caused by my change in blood pressure med and not to worry.

I have been seeing Dr. Pai for about 8 years. He is an excellent doctor who is very effective. I trust him completely. I rarely wait long to see him. I highly recommend him.

I cannot say enough good things about this doctor AND his nurse Vanessa. It may sound funny - but this is the ONLY doctor's visit that I do not dread! Dr. Pai is the most compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. He has treated ALL of my children - including my son who has autism and always with patience and a caring attitude. With the state of health care these days......it is truly refreshing to find a physician that still seems to love what he does AND who is so good at it too!
