Dr. Gabriele Demori, MD

First visit. He was more interested in my workman's comp injury ( which has been an ongoing issue for a few years and had nothing to do with why I was there ) than why I was there. Did not listen to the answers that I gave him to the few questions he asked. Was more interested in scheduling me with other doctors than being mine. Never made eye contact, just stared at the computer as he was scheduling referrals. Never asked about family history or past medical problems or even current issues. Will see him again to get the blood work results back. But will differently be looking for a new primary doctor.

Dr. Demori didn't listen to me at all, then prescribed meds that did nothing. The best is when I switched to another doctor, he sent me to collections for 37 bucks, instead of treating me like a human and sending me the bill. I never write reviews, but this is uncalled for.

He listens and I like the fact that he takes conservative steps in finding solutions to a problem. He's easy to talk with, and I always felt comfortable discussing any matters.

A bright internist. When you find a good internist, which isn’t easy, you stick with them. I’ve been impressed with his knowledge base, thorough nature, and communication. I’d highly recommend for someone looking for a front line internist.

My visit went good, the wait time was 5 minutes, and nurses were kind and compassionate. Dr Demori took his time , talked with me about all my worries, he is a good Doctor; I feel comfortable with him.

Being from a medical family (Father was a physician for 50 years), 4 of 6 sisters/brothers Nurses, and being an RN myself for 40 years, I feel confident in my ability to recognize a knowledgeable, caring, understanding, respectful physician when I see one and Dr. Demori certainly lives up to those expectations. I am so happy to have found him and feel confident in the medical care he is providing.

I last saw Dr. DeMori in person in February. I found him to be “quiet” but thorough and knowledgeable regarding my records from my previous doctor who had moved out of the area. I felt he was more interested in actually hearing and responding to my health concerns than previous doctors in the Gainesville area. When I left his office we had a game plan for exploring my health concerns, existing and new prescriptions sent to my pharmacy for pick-up, and a timeframe for follow-up with himself and specialists he was referring me to. Overall the experience was very positive and I would highly recommend Dr. DeMori.

My husband left a review a day ago and it still doesn’t show. This was the most unprofessional doctor we have both seen. So bad that after just a few minutes we asked for a different doctor and then canceled the visit when they didn’t transfer us.

He was the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR I HAVE had the experience of interacting with. We were suppose to be new patient and did a virtual visit. As he got on you could tell he had an attitude. He didn't smile, welcome me or anything. He immediately said he "knows nothing about me". I mentioned that we had my records sent over from previous doc. He said "I have nothing". I mentioned that we spoke to his office yesterday and they confirmed they had it. He said "nope". I then reminded him that I filled out the online medical info. He said he has "very little". I said it was the software questions you asked for. He then turned his phone around and showed the screen to me for some odd reason. I then asked for another doc in the office instead of him as he has made me VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. He then brought in a nurse to confirm that he didn't have the files that were sent. I then said I want to cancel the appointment and he hung up on me. The WORST experience ever!
