Dr. Gail Pezzullo-Burgs, MD

I kept receiving bills about claims related to my annual check! The annual blood test was split into two separate claims and they are charging me for it! They are also charging me for my annual ultrasound although I am entitled to receive one free a year due to my PCOS, confirmed with insurance. When I ask her to please just change the code so my insurance would cover, she refused to help me out. Never coming back.

The office staff is wonderful. They are friendly and take care of things in a timely fashion. Appointments are on time and Dr Gail Pezzullo- Burg spends the time needed with you.

The staff was friendly and the office was very clean. They have social distancing measures in effect. Dr. Gail was very friendly and engaging. She made me feel comfortable during my appointment by talking to me and she asked if I had any questions. She made suggestions about some other information and gave me pamphlets to take home and look at.

Dr. Gail has been my doctor for a long time now. . .I even had my two daughters see her! She is caring, competent and knowledgeable!

Doctor Pezzullo-Burgs has been my doctor for many years now ! She is always professional ,caring , knowledgeable and attentive ! I would recommend her to anyone !

Dr. Pezzullo-Burgs has been my Dr for 34 years. She has delivered both my children. She has always been conscientious,thorough,and professional .Dr.Pezullo-Burgs is kind and takes an interest in you as a person. I have always felt comfortable in her care and thats hard to fine now a days.

I've been seeing Dr. Gail since i moved to Florida in 1994. She always takes the time to ask me about my health as well as ask me about what's been going on in my life. She's very personable as well as knowledgeable on the newest procedures and techniques.

If I could give ten stars I would! I have been a patient of Dr. Gail Pezzullo-Burgs for some time now and she has been the most amazing doctor I have had. Dr. Pezzullo-Burgs is not only caring and sensitive to my needs and concerns, but she is extremely knowledgeable and informative with questions I may have. Dr. Pezzullo-Burgs was my OBGYN for both my daughters and I have continued my care with her over the years. I highly recommend Dr. Pezzullo-Burgs if you are looking for a Gynecologist and/or OBGYN.

I feel as though I'm being held hostage. The pharmacy supplying my hormone cream has been giving me the same hormones for well over 2 years. Dr. Pezzulo changed my dosages without informing me or discussing it with me. It is now about 2:15 on Monday, and I have been trying to get her to call me back since Friday, when I was told that although she doesn't come in on Fridays, she'd get the message. I am about to run out, and it takes several days to ship this to me. I have repeatedly called her office and stated the nature of this to members of her staff, as has my pharmacy. Calling me back at the end of the day means another day with no hormones. That will likely result in going cold turkey for about a week.

As with most doctors, she is clueless regarding the how her office handles patients. When you call the office you are put on hold immediately, regardless of whether other patients are ahead of you of not. I have have both experienced that, and witnessed it first hand as I was in the waiting room. When you check in, you are not greeted. Sign in. You are not acknowledged. You are not told whether she is running late or not. I have been her patient for 3 years. Waiting room wait time has increased.

Dr. Pezzullo-Burgs remembers every little detail about her patients. She is devoted to her profession and makes you feel like family.

Worst Dr visit ever. She shows no emotion or ounce of caring, she does not listen, repeats the same questions, must not take notes because she had to ask me what she prescribed to me. She provides no medical advice, I believe she lacks that knowledge. Avoid her and find someone else who actually cares and has the medical know how to take care of your individual needs.

I love Dr. Pezzulo-Burgs and her staff. I have been going to her office for almost two years now and I'm very lucky to have her as my physician.

Terrible doctor. Does not pay attention to what you say and wants to charge A LOT for prenatal. Called the insurance and was told that I did not have to pay for this. Change to another doctor and only had to pay USD 50.00 for my first visit. Would NOT recommend for anyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Pezzullo-Burgs for over 30 years, and I have nothing but good things to say about her. She is very competent and knowledgeable in her field of expertise, and she has a very gentle and caring bedside manner. Also, her nurses and staff share the same caring and professional mannerisms. I would highly recommend her.

I actually think this was one of the worst providers I have seen. Terrible bedside manner, I took the time to fill out a questionnaire, she actually had it in her hand when I was back with her and didn't even look at it. I had an issue one month prior to this appointment and got a prescription (antibiotic) before going out of town, she didn't even ask me about how I was feeling or if the symptoms were still present which they were. She looked at my specimen (bc I asked) and casually mentioned
