Outstanding
Dr. Cosgrove dramatically changed my quality of life. My tremors prevented me from holding a cup of coffee without wearing it. I couldn't hold a steak knife. Any simple chores was a major task, driving a nail, turning a screw was quite difficult. I have had both hand done completely removing my essential tremor. It has been 4 years since my first procedure. I recently had my other hand done. They both are steady as a rock.

Life-changing work done with competence and warmth
Dr. Cosgrove and his team are competent, compassionate, kind, thorough, and patient. They conducted a focused ultrasound procedure on my mom and gave her back the use of her hand. We are so grateful for projecting calm and demonstrating high skill and, ultimately, changing lives.

I thought that the staff in the office was very nice. I live kind of far away and so they took the time to make my pre op and Surgery next to each other.

Dr. Cosgrove is an excellent surgeon...both technically and on a human level. He has cured a life-long disease I've had and has been concerned about how well I'm doing, even up through a year after the surgery. I will definitely return to him if I need any follow-up surgery. If only all physicians cared this much about their patients...

My experience with Dr. Cosgrove was excellent. He was willing to spend as much time as needed answering my questions, and I brought in a long list. He was respectful, forthcoming with information, and let me make the final decision regarding which type of surgery to have (a higher risk but more accurate surgery vs. a lower risk but less comprehensive one). His follow-up has been more thorough and more caring than I've experienced from any other physician. I would highly recommend Dr. Cosgrove.

Dr. Cosgrove is excellent. I highly recommend. He performed my surgery for Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus. The surgery was done at Brigham and Women's and was a huge success. Dr. Cosgrove is easy to talk to. He explained the condition and the surgery in easy to understand detail. Having surgery on your brain is scary to say the least and I am so thankful to find Dr. Cosgrove.
