First off I want to say Dr Jeznach is a great doctor and is very thorough with his patients. His wife has been very involved with the office since Andrea the NP left and because of her involvement the whole office has been brought down. She is extremely rude and stuck up and makes all the other staff look bad. All she cares about is $$ and even hired a medical assistant that isn't certified!!!! This MA is even giving children and babies their shots. I changed Dr's when I found that out

i was a patient of this MD since the day he opened his doors. his office staff is rude and quite frankly off putting . when calling for appointments, I was told to call again during certain hours, lines busy. I spent $$$ on three urgent care visits secondary to the woman answering the phone telling me I could not make an appointment, they were too busy. I made the decision to change physicians.

I've been going to Dr. Jeznach for 27 years and am changing Drs ASAP. Because of him being "too busy" to fill out some forms, my husband is going to lose his job, my husband has been his patient for 17 years. My whole family is changing to another Dr. He doesn't care enough about his patients to sign some forms and his office staff is very rude. Any symptoms I've had throughout the years he blew off like they were nothing. I don't know why I went to him for so long.

Dr. Jeznach is Straight forward and direct. Appointment and staff run like clock work. The only time I didn't get into appointment on time was when I was late. If you want a phony sugar coated relationship with your Dr, , jeznach is not your for you. But if you extremely competent, straight forward, direct Dr, then Dr. Jeznach is who you want.
