Dr. Trock is one of the nicest more personable Dr's I have ever delt with. He truely cares about his patients and their parents.

There was a 3 month wait list for my 3 year old to see this Doctor. Set up a appointment, when I showed up I was told my appointment was 1 hour prior and if I wanted to wait it would be a very long long time (Per the Doctor) I never received an appointment reminder or any information in the mail. Needless to say, we did not stay and I will be looking for a new Doctor.
