Dr. Been explained the two issues that I have with my droopy eyelids, and options that could benefit without surgery since I have other medical issues. Her assistant, Jenny, was so good at setting me up for my appointment with the doctor.

There was absolutely no pressure to move forward with surgery and she was just so personable and lovely. Her office and assistant were just as nice and extremely efficient. I saw Dr. Geeta Been roughly 10 years ago, then again last week. She’s moved since my prior visit but it was worth the drive to see her again. She’s just as great as I remember: thorough, takes time to thoroughly explain options, makes recommendations, doesn’t push, etc. The office is also great; my appointment was with Dr. Gheeta, however I was also able to briefly meet with Dr. Mark and Jennifer to discuss options. Jennifer provided a lot of verbal information, then also sent me a very detailed write up summary. I could easily find a practice closer to home, but I’d rather travel for the type of care I know I’ll receive with a practice I trust.

Dr. Been is very organized, upbeat, enthusiastic, professional, knowledgeable, informative, impressive. She’s the third surgeon I’ve consulted and she stands out above the other two!!

My questions were all answered to my satisfaction. I also was confused about the costs. The itemization was not clear. This was also addressed, and the confusion cleared up.
