Dr. Starr listened to me. As a brain injury survivor, I needed to know that my neurologist would be there to answer questions and reassure me that I was doing just fine or have me do therapy to work on the areas that were causing problems.

I had a stroke two years ago. Dr Starr was my attending Neurologist. After the stroke many issues started coming to the forefront. Dr. Starr was very attentive and knowledgeable. Excellent bedside manor.

i have met dr Starr twice once at Exeter hosp , did not know him at the time ,treated me & was excellent at injection , second time was referred by another by another doctor , again very good , had to have a nerve test , somewhat uncomfortable , but he was excellent . when I had nerve test is when I realized he was same dr that I saw in hosp.
