Final follow up on surgery. Everything has healed. Dr Callaway has a great approach to sharing info that clearly explains the situation.

Dr. Callaway is an excellent doctor who is comprehensive and explains exactly what the issue is as well as the options. He is caring and connects with his patients, taking the time needed without the patient feeling rushed. Can’t say enough wonderful things about him!

My experience with Dr Callaway and his staff have been nothing short of first class

Dr Calloway is retiring April 14, 2025. I’ve been his patient for 20 plus years. As I’ve gotten older I’ve seen him more frequently for arthritis in knees and shoulders. He always has a diagnosis that he shares with X-rays and then advises you on what he thinks is best treatment for area of concern. I hope his replacement will be as thorough and kind as he has been. Always has had a smile upon entering exam room and made me feel at ease.

Dr. Callaway is genuinely compassionate and attentive. He makes me feel heard, explains everything thoroughly, ensuring I understand the treatment plan. I always have a positive experience.

Dr. Callaway listened to my issue and did an immediate onsite x-ray which confirmed his diagnosis. he treated me immediately with a cortisone injection which helped right away.

I had a follow up appointment with Dr. Calloway who has always been great! I was turned away because I owed money and the account was sent into collections. I paid for my surgery up front on two credit cards and about two months later they sent me a bill for over $1600. I don't have that especially after charging the surgery. I had to take off work to go to this appointment and it would have been nice to know that I couldn't be seen if I didn't pay before I arrived. I understand policy but sometimes the automated system needs to be replaced with human contact. Again, this has nothing to do with the care I received from Dr. Callaway just the communication aspect of things.

Dr. Callaway is a doc who truly listens! He knows what he is doing, has great resources and provides excellent service. Highly recommended.

Since surgery is not necessary at this point, he took the time to give me detailed instructions on how I could provide care myself for the discomfort, as well as taking time to identify activities in my lifestyle that I should minimize to avoid aggravating my condition.I highly recommend him.

He is a very nice knowledgeable doctor. He will show you pictures of your shoulder and explain what his procedure will look like.
