Both my husband and I have had to wait a ridiculous amount of time in both the outer lobby and in the exam room to be seen. We've both had to wait for over and hour and the last time my husband had to wait for almost 2 hours. They want you to check in 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, but then they won't see you for an hour after that at least. They don't care either. Also, I find the religious stuff all over the place to be unprofessional.

He remembers your situation, or reviews your record before seeing you so he can provide complete health care. He keeps up with developments in treatment but doesn't jump on every new fad.

Dr. Muthu always has the time to discuss my health and treatment. When I needed diabetic needles he gave me 6 boxes to tide me over. He has also replaced defective Abbot diabetic sensors when I was to run short.

Dr. Gerald Muthu MD of Casa Grande, AZ is my personal doctor for around 18 years. He is an excellent doctor and his staff gives me great service. I will be sending him my records from my summer home in Iowa and I will be seeing him on Oct. 21 at 9:30 AM and he will give me all the answers I need.

Horrible front office personnel. Mrs. Muthu, who runs the office, has a mean and nasty disposition. "Do no harm" is the last thing on their mind. They did me terrible emotional harm.

Excellent. He is the only doctor who found my tumor and aggressively chose the path for me that saved my vision and my life! I am forever grateful to him. Also, the front office staff is friendly and so helpful. There have been a few times I am waiting past my appointment time. I know that this time lapse is because Dr. Muthu is carefully attending to a patient just as he does every time he see's me. My Uncle once told me that "a good patient has to have patience."

Dr Muthu takes the time to listen, and he asks about the status of issues from previous visits.

We have been Dr Muthu patients for close to 15 years we live in Globe Arizona and we travel from Globe to casa grande because we feel that he is the top doctor for our needs the staff is very caring and everyone is there to help us there is no other place I would rather go than right there with doctor Muthu and his staff he really cares about his patience and we care about him

Dr Muthu is excellent. I also see Nurse Pract. Robin Edwards, who I really like.

Dr. Muthu is a great doctor. Very knowledgeable and caring. Listens to what you have to say. His whole office staff makes you feel welcomed. They took great care of my mom and continue to care about our family. Highly recommend their office.

Canceled my visit after I arrived for appointment. Care nothing about your time. Go to a doctor that will actually want to help you. I see why ratings are low

We had to change insurance to the Marketplace and needed to change doctors. After asking friends and CG Chat (I know) we chose Dr Muthu since everyone seemed to be pleased with him. The staff was courteous but business oriented which kept things on time. Dr. Muthu was friendly, pulled up records quickly from recent tests, and gave an overview of a plan of care. Referrals and prescriptions were done within 48 hours. I will update this review after my next appointment but I am pleased with the care.

I am a Type-1 diabetic, and Dr. Muthu has been my physician for about 25 years. He is the finest and most caring doctor whom I have ever known. He always patiently listens and cheerfully responds to my sometimes numerous questions and concerns. In addition, Dr. Hudak, Mrs. Muthu, and the nursing and front office staff are outstanding.

Dr. Muthu has been my & my husband's physician for 4 years since I moved to Casa Grande in 2015. He's personable, easy to talk to and listens to what I have to say. Over the years I've had minor health issues that he competently addressed. The other issue required a referral and he was not hesitant to refer me when necessary. For regular health monitoring and age-related care he's been great.I've never had a bad experience in his office and find his staff courteous and helpful. I've referred friends to him and they've been very happy with his practice.

My husband had a "new patient" appointment. Dr. Muthu actually read all of the paper work we filled out. He asked smart questions. He was knowledgeable regarding my husband's health issues. He spent enough time with us to access my husband's health needs. We feel blessed to have connected with this professional.

If you are looking for a physician with great medical knowledge and a caring bedside manner this is your physician, the staff is an amazing support that makes this dr, and office an EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT place to be when you don't feel your greatest or you have a scary diagnosis the support they give you is comforting and feel you are there only patient.
