Dr. Suresh Balenalli, MD

Dr Suresh Balenalli is a man of intelligence, integrity and compassion. He is everything I hope a doctor to be, but rare to find. He listens, explains, advises and treats his patients with the upmost care. He's a one doctor office but I never have to worry about being passed off to a physician's assistant or nurse practitioner. I'm confident that he will have solutions for my concerns or condition. He's simply the best!

Excellent knowledgeable physician. Spends appropriate amount of time with patients. Cares about office efficiency and professionalism of staff as evident by his asking us how his staff treats us----which is very well. I've had over 40 years in the pharmaceutical industry and have worked with many physicians and offices. Dr. Balleinali and staff are a top tier operation.

I began seeing Dr. B shortly after moving to Casa Grande from Phoenix. He accepted my new Medicare plan as well. I have been truly impressed by his medical knowledge, his attention he gives to the patient, and the amount of time he actually spends with me, not only talking, but more importantly,LISTENING. He has made 2 major changes in some of the diagnoses and treatments from my previous Phx doctors that have been astounding. Learned today, however,that he won't be taking my ins plan in 2024 and may actually be retiring. So sad to hear it. I have and will continue to recommend him until I hear otherwise.

Prescribes medicine without regard whether it will work with others taken. Miss diagnose symptoms. Fails to give a good exam. Refers only to paper work.

More about the inability of office staff to do what they say, especially Gabby, they do not return calls and can't figure out how to send an invoice.

dr. balenalli is one of the rare kind of doctor. He listens. He looks me in the eye. He ponders. He is our new dr. - my husband and i. our previous dr.s disappointed us so we began looking for a new "family" dr. our chiropractor recommended him. We respect our chiropractor very much so we are now with Dr. B. We will recommend him at every opportunity.

I am a new snowbird patient. I feel quite safe with Dr. Balenalli. I advise all to write questions down to ask him & he will help you with them & any concerns you have!

I have called the office twice today and once yesterday I leave message but no one ever returns my call. I am diabetic and my blood sugar is very high, and I think should warrant a return call. This is not the first time I have left messages without a response back. Time to look for a new PCP.

This doctor is one of the best ever. He figured out an illness that three other doctors couldn't. He is smart and approachable. Highly recommend.

This man is the best you will find for a doctor he has saved my life and my husband he is compationate caring knows his medial information takes time with you and your not just a number your family he knows medicine like a doctor should he has found out things that no other doctor could figure out he is so kind and loving he cares about you its just not a job he really cares I will never see another doctor

It was a pleasant experience until December they did not have proper insurance people tried to charge $35 for a visit, never before have I been charged also received a bill that was paid in July and can't get a phone number to the billing dept. also called the office and was hung up on several times because my phone number but got through on my cell. FUNNY HOW THAT WORKED. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THAT OFFICE MYSELF ,WIFE AND SON WILL LOOK FOR ANOTHER PROVIDER WITH BETTER FRONT OFFICE PERSONAL
