Dr. Geraldine T Klein, MD

This doctor lacks good bed side manners. In the last visit, she walked out of the room, without announcing that the visit was over. I had taken my partner to see Dr. Klein and we were not satisfied with the outcome. I was present with my partner during the visit to translate the pt-doc interaction. A test was done at the office and based on this the doctor ordered a procedure. The doctor also said that she would send the sample to a lab to get more reliable results. This time, the lab results came back negative, yet the doctor still wanted the procedure done. We tried to send a message to the doctor through my partner's chart to get an explanation, but we encountered a technical glitch and we were unable to log into her chart account. Instead, we had to send Dr. Klein a message from my chart asking to explain the rationale for the procedure. But we received a disrespectful message from this doctor complaining we had sent her such message. Our reply to Dr. Klein was never answered.

I had a Cystoscopy today from Dr. Klein and she was amazing. Hardly even felt the procedure. Dr. Klein is understanding and truly listens to her patients. I really recommend this fantastic doctor!!!

I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Klein. As a medical professional myself, she is personable, professional and extremely skilled. The perfect combination. Had a procedure yesterday and I feel quite good, and more importantly, I feel safe in the Eisenhower group. Highly recommend, The nurses and front office are wonderful as well.

Dr. Klein is a caring and understanding doctor. She not only prescribed a medication that doesn't raise my blood pressure but was even helpful when my wife who accompanied me to the visit ask questions when my wife was concerned about my health and was even helpful with suggestions for my wife

An opening came available for radical prostatectomy scheduled for 7:15 a.m. December 28, 2020. As I was rolled into the operating theater, the anesthetic had not taken full effect and so I was able to look at a spotless operating theater and the impressive Da Vinci robot Dr. Geraldine Klein adroitly and confidently used to perform the surgery. It gave me a good feeling when I saw the clock on the wall which read precisely 7:15 a.m. Everything was as it should have been. With no doubt when Dr. Klein makes a commitment, she keeps it. When discussing the procedure, she clearly discussed the pros and cons of radical prostatectomy and offered to set up an appointment with a radiologist/oncologist for an alternative point of view. After listening to my surgical and non-surgical options, I opted for the surgery. After one night at the hospital, I was discharged December 29, 2020. I am now recovering at home beautifully with tiny incisions, little swelling and no infection.

She knows what she is doing and does it very well! She did some surgery on my Prostate and there was very little pain and her description of what would happen in the following 3 weeks was spot on. I'd vote for 6 stars.

Dr. Kline was fabulous. Fantastic surgeon. I was going out of town and she changed her schedule to fit me in for surgery. The surgery was a huge success and she has a great bed side manor. Very well educated and always had time for me if I had any questions before and after surgery. I highly recommend her if someone is looking for a excellent Urologist.

Dr. Klein Was amazing as was her staff. Everyone was exceptional in their service and attention to detail. But at the same time professionally friendly and welcoming. Everyone gave us their full attention and listened to our questions and never did we feel rushed about. Dr.. Klein has a approachable personality, with the ability to explain topics in a down to earth manner. Her and her staff will be our go to for our future needs
