Dr. Gerard Pregenzer, MD

This doctor appears to be an excellent gynecologist whom I've seen for several years; however, during my last annual exam, I asked him if he himself provided filler injections as I know him to be aligned with a cosmetic specialist whom he told me 2 to 3 years earlier would call me, but did not (and that didn't then matter). I wanted to remove frown lines. He told me that he believed that 3 units on one side and 2 on the other would eliminate the lines. Not only has it not eliminated them, they are exactly the same in appearance several weeks later. When I called to ask for a refund (as I don't want to continue to spend 15 dollars per unit for just however many units would be needed and with a relatively short fix to the problem only then to later have to repeat the injection exercise), I was told today by his Office Manager that that refund would not be made. That is poor customer service and unfair as I received NO benefit whatsoever for the purchase and he has now lost a patient.

He never rushes your visits he takes his time and listens to what you have to say...he is always calm and that makes me calm if I am ever worried when I get there. Dr. Pregenzer is also very knowledgeable and keeps up with the changes in the medical world..... love this doctor... he needs more than 5 stars *************************************** and I could keep going :-)

Dr. Pregenzer is the best! I came to him about a year after having a blighted ovum and "losing" the pregnancy. I become pregnant again and from the very first visit Dr. Pregenzer was thorough and made sure we did everything we could for a successful pregnancy. From vitamins and needing meds for severe nausea later on, Dr. Pregenzer was there for me! He is very caring, intelligent, friendly, non-judgmental and patient!! Had total faith in him & my baby! Baby is perfect, Thank U Dr.Pregenzer!A+

Creepy greedy doctor who refuses to prescribe me medication NEEDED for my condition. Stay far away, I didn't listen and now I regret it.

Run for the hills DO NOT go to Thisbe cook! He had me in there for an hour and fifteen minutes talking about nutrition. I eat well already and not everweight. My exam was about 30 seconds and the rest was him talking nonsense. If I wanted a nutritionist I would go to one. Not a long gyno appt. strange guy also had 2 watches on. One on each wrist. Building old and outdated. Left with the creeps!

Someone else said this dude is shady, I agree. Tries to push alternative medicine (whatever that is) did nothing for my condition and was quick to send a $40 dollar bill to a collection agency hurting my credit. Avoid these guys .

He lied throughout my whole prenatal care and was a no show to my delivery. He said he had another md he works with who could attend if he was unable. Neither showed up but he conveniently was able to bill my insurance for my "prenatal care" aka asking me what I ate and wasting my appt time talking about his family and other random things not pertaining to my questions. SHADY.

The first time (2016), there were no issues, but during my recent visit, I was not satisfied. While his bedside manner is gentle and informative, it was rushed while I asked him serious questions, which he quickly dismissed and did not offer me attention/medical advice. He was quick to prescribe me (via a sample) a specific birth control, instead of talking to me about different pill options. Billing is disorganized; paid out of pocket and waiting over 1 week for a receipt. Will not return.

Dr. Pregenzer is extremely knowledgeable and helped me through my first pregnancy. My daughter was born almost 2 years ago now. I'm very happy I decided to travel from out of state to have Dr. Pregenzer take care of me and deliver my child.

After being a patient of dr pregenzer a for over 15 years he delivered my two children found out I was pregnant with a third and ended up having a miscarriage 11+weeks and have to have a d&c. Apparently dr Pregenzer was unable to perform the d&c and was "trying" to find a dr to do it for me. Not only did I lose a child but he treated me a though I had no emotion distress he was extremely insensitive to the situation. Schedule me 3 times with the 3 different dr's then dropped me as a patient

I have been seeing Dr Pregenzer for about 20 years. He is always so knowledgeable, spends an enormous amount of time with his patients and I know have all my friends seeing him also. He is smart, extremely compassionate, gentle and a wonderful doctor

Wonderful doctor, has been my Gyno for over 8 years. I recently moved 30 minutes further from his office but I will still continue to go to him. He is kind, informative and knows just how to make you feel comfortable and assured that you are in good hands. I highly recommend him.
