Dr. Ghassan Fanous, MD

I will find a better dr who appreciates my time , I have been sitting here for 3 hours waiting to see him just for an ANNUAL . This is unacceptable

Dr. Fanous is an amazing doctor and I would highly recommend.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Fanous for almost 15 years. He is truly the most compassionate, knowledgeable & thorough doctor I know. With our very, very high risk pregnancy, he never missed a single thing. He cared for me & our baby just like he would his own family. There’s no one I could recommend more highly than Dr. Fanous.

Dr. Fanous is great. I wish I could say the same for his constantly changing staff. His wife, as the office manager, is holding him back professionally. She should certainly find a job more suitable to her fiery personality, possibly as a back of house staff member, who never experiences patients, face to face. She is hateful, disrespectful, and teeters on the verge of Dishonest. I left the practice after receiving little to no help after a chemical pregnancy. They will help you 100%, as a pregnancy woman, but expect absolutely nothing from them postpartum. I pray, for your sake, that you have no issues after delivery or failed pregnancy. If you should, transfer immediately.

The doctor is kind, caring, and explicates things well; however, the office manager is crude, rude, and sociably unacceptable. This seems to be a common experience for others in reading the other reviews. Upon moving here from South Texas where I was with my doctor for 25 years, he came highly recommended, and unfortunately due to his staff I have left his care.

DR GREAT BUT THE OFFICE MANAGER IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. SHE TALKS OVER YOU AND BADGERS PATIENT FOR PAYMENTS IN WAITING AREA- SHE HAS ALSO SPOKEN SO LOUD ABOUT PATIENT HEALTH INFORMATION THAT THE ENTIRE WAITING AREA CAN HEAR, TOTAL HIPPA VIOLATION!!!!

I have been seeing Fanous for the past 7 years. I love having him as a doctor. He listens to me, and answers whatever questions I may have. But, I do not like his staff that work in the office for him. I have tried calling for over a month trying to get the nurse to call me back. When I have a question for her, she makes me feel so stupid for even calling. Unfortunately, I will be changing Dr's because of this. I hate to lose him as a Dr, I just cannot deal with the rude staff any longer.

WAIT TIME IS HORRIBLE. AN HOUR PLUS EACH TIME TO SEE THIS MAN.

Just picked up my check of nearly $2,000 due to overcharges. I usually wouldn't mind if it's an honest mistake, but the fact that I found out myself is ridiculous. It's been 10 months since I gave birth. They said I will get my money back in December, maybe. I guess they got tired of me calling. They should've caught their own mistake & informed me. Makes me wonder, how many other patients are being overcharged without being notified? Be careful & check your insurance claims. I do not recomm
