This was my first visit. The Dr. Luciano was warm, friendly, and a good listener. I made the appointment because I needed a referral to a specialist. I am going to stay with this practice because of my experience with Dr Luciano and the office staff. Everyone was was professional and caring. I was able to get everything taken care of in one visit. I really don't like doctors, either. I was prepared to be uncomfortable but was very pleasantly surprised.
