Office is friendly and helpful. A top notch retinol specialist with extra testing and a broad understanding of patients issues and how to address them. I was very pleased with this doctors demeanor and expert advise. He is very personable and a very good listener.

Last summer I had a torn retina that was operated on by Dr. Prescod. Today was to my last visit, 10 months after a successful surgery. After arriving at the appointment the nurse took me in and proceed to read off the chart that I was here from a follow-up to my last appt. 4mos ago, for a complaint of a headache behind my eyes and an injury. I replied immediately, this is not my record. I have had straight forward follow-ups to this procedure. The nurse left the room, to figure it out, I came out and a discussion was underway about the problem in front office. I said, what is going on. They said, the doctor's notes stated what the nurse had told me. I told them, then he charted to the wrong patients records. They actually pushed back on me, like I was incorrect. I told them that this destroyed my confidence in this office. Am I supposed to allow you to do to my eye what the records indicate, vs. what I know I am here for? Absolutely the frustrating experience.

I'm sure he's a great doctor, but he's a terrible person. Filled with superiority and arrogance, I wouldn't go near this guy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
