Best Physician who's ever treated me.
I first came under Dr. Pruzan's care at Maine Eye Center in Portland, Maine. I am a retired attorney who when I was still active often took deposition testimony of doctors in injury cases. I am used to speaking with physicians, asking them what I consider direct questions and generally get a feel for how well they address my clients' issues. When Dr. Pruzan left Portland and went into practice in Fall River, Ma. I stayed briefly with the practice in Portland. A few experiences there made me realize that Dr. Pruzan (in my opinion) stands head and shoulders above the practice she left, so I transferred my care to her practice, so she could do my combined eye surgery. In so doing, I undertook travel from North of Portland, a 4 hour trip each way, to stay with her. I do not regret that decision. In short, she graduated from the best schools, with top grades and did excellent Fellowships. She takes time to thoroughly explain procedures too. She's tops! I'd recommend her to anyone!
