I called on a sun. Bcuz I was in so much pain from a hernia. He sounded bothered by me & said to take prilosec & gasex & wait until my appt. On Thurs. He said how did I get their # if I've never been there. I said I have an appt. Thurs. I hope dr. Fasanya is a good dr. For my appt. Thurs. My stomach is as puffy as a watermelon & this isn't an emergency? It's just gas! Ha ha!

Very poor, I am in extreme pain occasionally and bad GI have flare ups, no diagnosis still and when I call in agony I am told there is nothing they can do and say to suck it up pretty much. What is the worst thing is I have done a ton of tests, still doing more and my work wants some paper work, Midwest GI are like we dont do that. So not only will that not help you with your GI pain, they wont even help you on filling out paperwork on missing work, I highly recommend finding a different office. Also when I am seen, its 30 - 60 minutes of waiting and then a quick 2 minute visit I feel like accomplished nothing other than costing me money! Even before and after some procedures I never saw the doctor or one of his nurses, just a hospital one who was clueless.

Dr. Hutchins ordered a CT scan for a illness I have suffered from since May and never responded back. He did not discuss nor would he relate any information to his nurse about any findings or next step. His nurse laid everything in front of him with still no response. I called several times my daughter and my regular doctors nurse called also nothing. Very frustrating and I'm so sick needing answers. Would not recommend going to him.
