He is anxious and stressed acting
I was there 2 times before he bothered to explain anything. While talking to him he just shook his head and said if you do what you’ve always done then you’ll get what you always got. He made me feel like I was being uncooperative and was not patient enough to explain anything to me. It was not until the 3 rd visit when I brought my husband in that he decided to do a little teaching.Even when it came to understanding the drugs, he did not help. I felt rushed on the 4th visit and was having to ask the nurse my questions. He causes me anxiety.

I’ve seen Dr Pierson several times since I’ve moved back to Joplin from WA State, on Sept 2019, where I had lung surgery and extensively testing. I’ve had a extremely rare lung disease since Oct 2016. For the past 14 months, Dr Pierson has exceeded all my expectations and more! He has a great personality and cares deeply for his patients! In fact, his head nurse and all others at Freeman Lung Institute are exceptional professionals! I’m extremely fortunate to have found Dr Pierson and his crew! My 4th appointment and testing is this month, Dec 30, 2020.
