Dr. Gregory Gramstad, MD

Was nearly one hour late. Did not introduce himself, did not listen, interrupted a lot, didn’t get my questions answered. Since I’m a low-revenue patient (I don’t need surgery) I was clearly wasting his time. Showed no interest in helping me. And I’m still in pain with no solution in sight.

Dr. Gramstad repaired by left shoulder and did a great job. Up front, he told me what needed fixing and what all was involved. He did the surgery on April 1 and now at July 22 I am almost back to normal. I would recommend Dr. Gramstad to anyone that needed to have a shoulder repaired.

Cannot recommend this Dr to treat anyone. 45 min late seeing me. Most condescending throughout the entire visit, which lasted no more than 10 minutes. Claimed he would not fix an issue because I am a post menopausal woman. Then abruptly ended the visit when I questioned him. Not interested in my quality of life or ability to return to previous functions. In fact seemed “bothered” seeing me at all. Cannot be more unhappy with the medical care. The rest of the staff is great. But a caring and compassionate doctor is also important. This Doctor did not display care or compassion.

Dr. Gramstad listens well to health complaints, asking incisive questions to clarify the problems. He has a wonderful bedside manner, is pleasant and very knowledgeable. As a health care professional who has worked in the OR with Orthopedic surgeons, I recognize his medical knowledge as top notch and would not hesitate to have him operate on me, if needed.

I was very pleased with my consultation with Dr. Gramstad, a thoughtful and thorough physician.

When I walked in there I was hurting, after surgery I no longer have pain and have better motion and strength. I am sorry I didn’t get back to you earlier, but I have been so busy enjoying my new wing I can fly again!

I feel Dr. Gramstad listened to my needs and took into account my history. I believe it will be for a good outcome.

Quick, efficient and no time wasted! Clear and concise questions and instruction. If clarification was needed it was provided. My type of appt - in and out. Time wasn’t wasted.
