Dr. Gregory Swor, MD

After 15 years of care under Dr Swor and several of his PA's I am leaving his practice. His office is dysfunctional without him. He allegedly comes to work 1 day a week. He cancelled by annual visit that was made a year ago. His 'partner' Dr. Johnson is a very weak substitute for Swor. His phone system makes it impossible to speak to anyone. I had to physically visit the office twice to reschedule appointments. I requested to speak to the office manager; she never contacted me. The nurses are brusk as opposed to the wonderful staff he use to have.

If you are not textbook, avoid this practice! In my quick initial visit Dr. Swor dismissed my concerns saying I'd be fine with his course of action. I wasn't. In a later visit I explained my horrendous outcome from his plan of treatment and he only answered in cheerful, dismissive ways with nothing constructive, and strangely avoiding any hint of compassion. He simply didn't care. I was miserable, lost, scared and had to figure out my own solutions. It was impossible to get through his facade of happiness and cheerfulness and he never took me seriously. And that's just the doctor! His nurse practitioner was not any better. Additionally, getting someone to answer the phone or voicemails was impossible. I was desperate and finally had to have someone drive me to the office to get their attention about an incorrectly written prescription. I lost several months of my life by trusting them. They wouldn't listen or believe me. That's the opposite of healthcare.

1st visit NP, pinched me during exam for stage 1 cystocele. I dismissed it as accidental. Made appointment for 2nd visit. Somehow it was erased from system. Should have listened to my intuition and found another Dr. Office. Scheduled surgery with Dr. Swor. Office staff insisted my surgery was not canceled for COVID-19. I asked 3 times. Dr. Swor preformed surgery for hysterectomy, pelvic prolapse, stage 1 cystocele and bladder lift. 3 months later: I am more miserable now then before surgery. STILL can't sit comfortably, now, I have back pain, pelvic pain, leg pain and feel like I have issues with my butt. Dr. Swor, said I was fine, couldn't explain back pain, pelvic or leg pain, prescribed Gabapetin. (stated because of COVID, did not have access to his regular surgery center at time of surgery, hmmm.) I have scheduled appointments with three other specialists to try to resolve my issues. Would not recommend Dr. Swor for prolapse surgery.

First of all, does anyone really want to go to the gynecologist?? Well, I didn’t as it has been a while so I was quite reluctant to go.. After reviewing many doctors I noticed that Swor women’s health had great reviews and even better when I noticed that one of their doctors, Dr. Jenny Lichon has the same approach to health and wellness as I do... yes, I snooped around on Facebook and social media to figure this out.. Let me tell you as a nervous patient, I was more than comforted by her assistant Marissa and the bedside manor of Dr. Lichon. Dr. Lichon was so sweet and gentle and sensitive she felt like one of my trusted friends. I asked her many questions and knew instantly that I would be a patient of hers for as long as I could. Not only were she and Marissa the most pleasant and profesional duo, their office staff was also extremely top notch! Their office is clean, elegant and pleasant and very prompt. To say I recommend this office and Dr. Lichon would be a true understat

All the doctors and nurse practitioners at Swor care are wonderful. I do have a huge complaint in that they rarely answer the phone and when I leave a message I have never gotten a call back. Very frustrating when you have a problem and are trying to get an appointment!

At his age, he is only interested in standard Gyn textbook cases. So if your medical condition is difficult, unique or requires assistance from another physician, Go elsewhere because he'll do more harm than good.

Went to Dr Swor for a second opinion and never really got one. Left several messages (4)to have his nurse return my call to explain said surgery and never did connect. Very sad because what I was told by his staff and what I was told by Dr. Swor was completely different. I guess specialty situations are not in their realm.

Dr. Swor is a caring and gentle doctor. He listens patiently to questions and offers options to various female medical conditions. His nurses and administrative staff are professional and courteous.

I find Dr. Swor to be a gentle, caring doctor. He listened to my concerns, explained procedures and options and has a nice sense of humor. His nurses and office staff are professional and courteous.

If one falls into the category of one-size-fits-all, he's fine, maybe even wonderful. But, if you fall outside of that majority, it's very disappointing. I noticed his lowest reviews seem to come from people with difficult and or less common conditions.

I have been battling endometriosis for over 15 years and have been through many physicians. Dr. Swor is by far the most knowledgeable and attentive doctor I have ever came in contact with. His bedside manner is beyond amazing and he takes the time to listen to all your concerns and answer all your questions and you will not feel rushed in his visit with you. Thank you Dr. Swor you have been a blesssing in the skies for me. I highly recommended him and his amazing staff.

The best Gynecologist in Florida I’ve ever met. Great professional manner and excellent care in what ever you need. His staff is the best as well... love them all. Thank God for them ...

Traveled 4 hours to see him. Quickly called back. Made me feel like he really cared and had a plan already personalized for me. He'll b performing surgery in the nect 2 or 3 weeks. Hopefully asap because pain is unreal.

Amazing! Diagnosed me with Endo and a retroverted ut causing my incontinence and horrible pain for 18 years. Fantastic bedside manner, spends as much time as needed with you. Explains everything. Made me feel sane again, I feel I am in good hands and will have surgery to lessen my issues by him. Skilled and respected in his field. Full confidence in his abilities. Now if only I had met him when I was 12 I could have had a more normal life. Expect a long wait time-he cares for each patient!
