Dr. Gregory Zwack, MD

He was in the room for 2 minutes before he told me how I was feeling was in my head and when I tried to explain in more detail my symptoms he shut me down and said I was argumentative and there was nothing he could do for me. Ive never been treated this way by any kind of provider.

As soon as I walked in he asked what had been going on, looked in my ears, and was ready to send me on my way because there was nothing active bleeding. Literally 2 minutes and he was ready to send me away. I asked him about performing a scope of my nose since I have an issue there too and it could be causing my ear problem and with no explanation completely dismissed it. His ratings are high at Wilmington Health Website, everywhere else he's just average. He does a disservice to Wilmington Health and I won't be back to see him

My appointment didn't go well at all with Dr. Zwack. He failed to listen at what my concerns were; made inaccurate diagnose because of swelling in the bottom of mouth (I received diagnose from 2 doctors as having salivary gland stone (submandibular sialolithasis); entered the room without my medical history chart; and appointment was (RUSHED) about 3 mins long just enough time to write a prescription for antibiotics. He's a medical specialist and he should know firsthand to 'wash his hands and wear gloves' which I had to tell him to do. He really should be stripped of his medical license. NO, I would not recommend this doctor to anyone!

After seeing Dr. Zwack due to a continued ear pressure problem, his sent me to an audiologist and said since it wasn't affecting my hearing, I shouldn't be worried.

Zero follow up after surgery with complications. Zero assistance with complications from surgery.

As soon as he walked in the room he said I'm Dr Zwack. What do you want? What are you doing here? I couldn't believe my ears a Dr talk like that. Very rude he is.

I was sent to the ENT to test if my brain tumor was causing the sound in my ears and the pressure and pain in my head. Dr Zwack refused to do the testing, refused to listen, refused to refer me to someone who was more knowledgeable about my complicated health issues. He claimed all my problems were from me grinding my teeth. He did not look at the images of my brain tumor and spent about 4 minutes with me total. Please do not support this behavior by going to Dr Zwack. This is no specialist and my $75 co-pay should have been refunded. I am so frustrated and still do not have answers. Why did he not care? So immensely disappointing.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Very considerate and professional during interactions. Audiologist was very informative and explained everything in detail while doing the test.

The office is disorganized and had me driving in 2 different directions at the same time which necessitated a second visit for a procedure. If you must go here, I recommend calling to confirm your appointments and locations prior to leaving your home. Also, the doctor has the personality of wet bread. If you like to communicate with your physician…this guy is NOT the guy for you. He barely spoke—not even when asked a direct question. I left feeling unheard and untreated and like I had just flung my co-pay money out the car window as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. Do better, Greg…do your job.

Entire office staff and Dr. Zwack are kind, thorough and professional. I'm always nervous about medical exams but everyone put me at ease.

Very comfortable;e. All issues were clearly explained, with possible solutions. Not hurried and was very thorough. Nice "chair-side" manner

Dr. Zwack provided friendly and knowledgeable care during my visit. He provided good guidance and took his time explaining my condition, answering questions and providing next steps.

Dr. Zwack did tonsil and adenoid surgery on both of my kids. I can't begin to tell you how great he was with me and my kids. I would recommend him to any parent. I also loved the fact he is always on time since it's no fun waiting with kids.

This is the second time I have taken my daughter to see Dr. Zwack. He treated her in a timely fashion and came up with an excellent treatment plan!

I had no problems with Dr Zwack and his staff unlike some of the other reviewers here. He performed a tympanoplasty surgery on me that went very well. Multiple follow up calls about my recovery in the days following. I would recommend him.

I accompanied my father today for a consultation appt. The information Dr Zwack provided was not in Dr language, he was easy to understand and approachable with questions.

I was able to see the doctor 4 days early because of a cancellation. His staff promptly called me after I sent a portal email. Short wait and professional advice. He promptly ordered a prescription the same day. I felt important to him.

Dr. Zwack and his associate did an excellent job when I had my visit to his office. Everyone was friendly and will be recommending him to everyone I know.

Very rude. If you want a doctor who truly cares and is not just interested in money, I suggest looking elsewhere.

I was referred by my primary physician to diagnose a cough that I had for 3 months. He scoped my throat, said he didn’t see anything and suggested my cough was psychosomatic. A month later, I went to an ear nose and throat doctor whom I had seen for many years in another county. He scoped my throat and diagnosed me with Laryngopharyngeal reflux. He prescribed medication and I’m doing much better. If I could rate zero stars, I would.
