Dr Lightdale is an amazing. She took the time to get to familiarize herself with my personal history, and provided the right combination of psychiatric services and psychotherapy. She guided and supported me through debilitating anxiety and depression. I was so anxious that I would eat lunch and nap in my car, afraid to go to the school cafeteria. She was patient when I resisted taking certain medications and worked with me to find the right combo of meds and therapy for me. Forever grateful.
