I have a small lipoma on my forehead and asked whether they accept medical insurance and FSA. After several minutes of discussion, they told me that they do not accept any medical insurance. I told her that I can pay cash and whether they accept FSA, she said that she did't understand what I am talking about and said we will not do the business with you and hanged up the call! So weild!
