Dr. Heather Caddell, MD

I have been going to Dr. Caddell since 2013. I've since then moved to Austin and still make the drive back to San Antonio, to continue to see her. She is great at explaining everything, I never feel rushed in my appointments with her and she is always makes me feel comfortable with whatever questions I ask. The only think I recommend is having an early appointment as sometimes you'll have long wait times (about an hour in the waiting room)

THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!!! This is my first baby and she was there with me from Day 1! She is very upfront and I love that most about her. Her motto is “If I’m worried you will never know, if your worried thats when we have a problem”. I couldn’t have a a better doctor then her. She cares about her patients and the baby’s she caring for while inside. I went through a lot during my pregnancy and she made me feel safe. Her staff is the absolute best! I made a connection with them during the whole 9 months. I HIGHLY recommend Heather. If life bring another baby to me, I know exactly who go to!

I don’t post any reviews. I’m usually a private person when it comes to medical or self health care. I definitely had to write a review this time. I have been with Dr. Caddell since 2015. I just love her!! I’m currently pregnant and I’m high-risk pregnancy. She made sure the baby wasn’t in my tubes. I was also high-risk pregnancy and back in 2015. She save my sons life. she does everything that she can during this pregnancy and very concerned. She’s Compassionate and treat her patients with the kindness. She really cares about her patients. I love that she listen to any Concerns. I love that there is multiple locations. Since I live out of town. I’ve also seen some of the doctors on call. The group of doctors and the team are just as amazing. They took care of me and fit me in the schedule to make sure I was safe and my baby was safe. Dr.Caddell puts my mind at ease. I have total faith in her and her team. Her warmth and compassion is what I love. Thank you for all you do!!!! ??????

Dr. Caddell failed to inform us that our baby wasn’t in the uterus after two sonograms. The ectopic pregnancy caused my wife’s fallopian tube to burst and my wife to almost bleed to death. She had to go through a blood transfusion, emergency surgery and spent a week in the hospital. All this trauma could have been prevented if Dr Caddell would have notified us about the ectopic pregnancy.

If you are looking for a great Dr look no further. She is professional and very kind. She preformed my csection and delivered my twins. She never pushed me to do anything I didn't want to do. She always informed me of all my options and has great bedside manner. I had a very negative experience with another Dr from her practice and was so lucky to have found her. She is the best of the best. She always had my best interest and I will continue to see her.

She always listens to me and considers my concerns.
